One of our most popular and flexible personal loan products is our Equity Line of Credit. This allows you to use the equity in your home to accommodate personal credit needs that may arise from time to time. This product may also have personal tax benefits for you. Automobile / Boat Loans
We offer a variety of loans at competitive rates for the acquisition of personal property such as automobiles, boats, and other assets. Residential Lot Acquisition Loans
We can help you purchase your lot as you make plans to build. Your loan will be made for a three-year period with monthly payments based on a long-term amortization, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, or 25 years. Your interest rate is subject to change to market rate at the end of each three-year period. Construction Loans
We offer full service residential construction loans for properties located in our geographic area. Our rates are attractive and the bank gives you up to one year to complete your home construction. You may pay off your construction loan or convert to a permanent loan at any time, without penalty.
